CCD Request for Proposal

The Custom Communication Division has prepared an Outsourcing Request for Proposal. It provides a complete overview of the entire division and the work it accomplished in 2007. The proposal is broken down by labor hours over several categories of labor. Vendors have been invited to bid on providing this full level of service to the Boy Scouts of America. As an option, the vendor may elect to bid on only a portion of work that suits the vendor's organizational strengths. While it would be the preference of the Boy Scouts of America to work with a single vendor, we also recognize that the Custom Communication Division uniquely provides a broad range of services, some of which would not fit a single vendor. For this reason, we have invited many different vendors, each with their own particular expertise, to bid on this work. Please note that the Boy Scouts of America reserves the right to select one or more, or none of the proposals submitted.
