COUNCIL AND UNIT FAQs:

1. Do we need a loading dock and fork lift for delivery?
Each delivery location should have a standard truck dock that can be accessed by a semi-tractor/trailer and have a standard forklift available for unloading.

2. Can we receive an order without loading dock and forklift?
Technically, this is NOT allowed. But if necessary, special arrangements can be made. There will be additional charges to the Council for this and must be pre-approved by delivery location before scheduling truck/trailer. Council will be responsible for arranging all personnel to unload, stack, and distribute product.

3. How many products can be put on an order form?
15 products per order form.

4. Why can’t I sell products not carried by my council?
Your Council chooses products that are best fit for their units and marketing area.

5. Where can I get information on promotional materials available for purchase?
You can go to popcornordering.com for all your promotional material orders.

6. How do I handle product damaged in shipment?
All returns must go through the Council.

7. Why can’t I get chocolate popcorn products before Oct 1?
We do not ship any chocolate (milk, white) covered products during warm months due to possible melting in transit to assure a quality product when reaching the customer.

8. Does CAMP MASTERS have a shipment receiving checklist?
Yes, your “PACKING LIST” is your checklist for products shipped. You should check this list as you are unloading product to assure all items are accounted for.

9. Does CAMP MASTERS have a Popcorn Warehouse Guide?
Yes, this is on the campmasters.org website – “CAMP MASTERS ON-LINE
ORDERING FOR COUNCILS AND UNIT LEADERS” Log in, go to your Council, and choose Warehouse.

10. What is CAMP MASTERS 100% satisfaction guarantee?
Ramsey Popcorn guarantees complete satisfaction with your purchase. If not completely satisfied the consumer will receive a replacement product of equal or greater value ground shipped to them at our expense.

ORDER INFORMATION:

1. What is CAMP MASTERS 100% satisfaction guarantee?
Ramsey Popcorn guarantees complete satisfaction with your purchase. If not completely satisfied the consumer will receive a replacement product of equal or greater value ground shipped to them at our expense.

2. How do I support scouting with the purchase of popcorn?
70% of all product proceeds benefit local scouting. Your purchase helps give Scouts a true opportunity to earn their own way and fund their Scouting adventures.

3. Why can’t I get chocolate before Oct 1?
We do not ship any chocolate (milk, white) covered products during warm months due to possible melting in transit to assure a quality product when reaching the customer.

4. What is the shipping and handling fee and what does that cover?
This fee covers the payment processing fees charged by bank for credit card purchases, and the UPS shipping charges.

5. Why am I charged a 6% shipping & handling fee for my Military Donation?
This fee covers the payment processing fees charged by bank for credit card purchases. Ramsey Popcorn pays for delivery fees to military donation facilities.

6. Is my Military Donation order tax deductible?
Yes, since you are not receiving a product in exchange for your payment this is 100% tax deductible. Please save your receipt. As always check with your tax advisor as tax laws do change.

7. When will my credit card be charged after placing my order?
Credit cards are processed when order is received. Order is then filled and shipped within 5 business days.

8. Why do I need to enter ALL of my information before I can get shipping costs?
All information must be submitted to give you an accurate shipping cost.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

1. How do I know when my order has shipped?
With a VALID email address you will receive a UPS notification from Ramsey Popcorn that your order has shipped and a tracking number.

2. What is the delivery time for online orders?
Each order is very important to us and all orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days when possible.

3. Can I ship to an APO or FPO address?
At this time we do NOT ship to military addresses as all our shipments are sent via UPS ground.

4. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
We ship via UPS ground and must have a physical mailing address. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please note shipping is high to these areas.

5. Can I ship to an address outside the USA?
No, we ship UPS, only in the continental USA.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

1. Are any of the CAMP MASTERS Products Kosher?
All CAMP MASTERS Products are certified by the Orthodox Union, New York, NY

2. What is the shelf life of popcorn products?
Microwave products and Gourmet Popping Kernels have an 18 month shelf life. Our Gourmet popped products have a 9-12 months shelf life depending on the product. Please refer to the nutritional fact panel on each product for detailed information.

3. What is the Military Donation?
Together with Scouts in your area and CAMP MASTERS, you can become a part of the effort to show our support for the U.S. Military by making an extra purchase of CAMP MASTERS Popcorn. CAMP MASTERS Popcorn will be shipped to U.S. military personnel serving our country at various military facilities throughout the U.S. and around the world, including products shipped to “Operation USA Care Package” and “Military Missions.org”.

NUTRITIONAL & ALLERGEN INFORMATION:

1. Are there nuts in any of the CM products?
Yes, some of our Gourmet popped products do contain nuts. Please refer to the nutritional fact panel on each product for detailed information.

2. Is CAMP MASTERS Popcorn safe for people with nut allergies?
Our microwave and Gourmet Popping Kernels are produced in a nut free environment. Our Gourmet pre-popped products are produced in an environment that uses peanuts, almonds, pecans, cashews, and tree nuts. Please refer to the nutritional fact panel on each product for detailed information.

3. Do any of CAMP MASTERS products contain gluten?
Popcorn does not contain any gluten. However our chocolate covered Gourmet pre-popped products may contain some gluten or may be produced in a facility that uses products that do have gluten and some cross contamination may occur. Please refer to the nutritional fact panel on each product for detailed information.

4. Are there any dairy products in any of CAMP MASTERS products?

5. Are there trans-fat in any of the products?
Yes, some of our products may contain trans-fat. Please refer to the nutritional fact panel on each product for detailed information.

6. Is popcorn a whole grain food?
Yes, popcorn is a 100% whole grain food.

7. What are the health benefits of popcorn?
Popcorn in its natural state is a 100% whole grain food. It is a good source of fiber, and is cholesterol free and sugar free.
